Out of your head.
Into your body.
We’re losing touch with our bodies. Most of us check with something else first, and your honest decision gets talked over. Two minutes a day, and you remember how to feel yourself again.
Small ritual. BIG impact.
When it’s on you to respond, you get about a second before the mind starts negotiating. Listen to that second, let it out, and here’s what happens over time.
It gets easier to hear
Listening to your body is a skill, not a gift. It’s awkward at first, then mechanical, and eventually second nature.
You start to trust what you hear
The more you practice, the less you second-guess it, including whatever this app tells you. That’s the actual goal.
You remember yourself
Every session is a moment to check in. The very thing we all need a little more of, but can never seem to get.
Made to be felt, not scrolled.
A satisfying space to practice honoring the wisdom of your body.
Remember your sacral
This tool for reconnecting with your Self lives in your pocket. It helps you remember and reflect on what’s important.
- Pick the deck that matches your mood
- Go daily. Go deeper. Consistency rewards you with depth.
- Ditch the algorithm. Calibrate whenever you need it.

“Uh huh,” or “nuh uh.”
Learning a language takes practice. Sessions may take you to unexpected places.
- Small talk and real questions, side by side
- Calibrating your gut, voice, and fingers with a single gesture
- Simple, grounded, daily and doable

Important things, remembered.
It’s not about another perfect report card. Participation and dedication write the untold story of your sacral. Unwritten till now.
- Calibrations are part of a larger path
- We all walk that path together
- The path leads you home

Nobody was asked to write these.
From people Calibrating.
This practice has definitely impacted my life. I trust myself and my instinct so much more after doing this for several weeks.
When you asked “do you like yourself” I answered uh huh and it genuinely shocked me. I couldn’t tell you what has changed exactly, but something did.
I’ve been doing those questions everytime before I go to bed and it makes me feel so much better.
I’ve seen a pretty large change in myself recently (for the better) and I think this really is helping my life take a better turn.
I’m on day 3 after relapsing and I found ur account when I needed it. I’ve been able to push to day 3 of sobriety and day 3 of uh huhs and uh uhs.
Your sacral calibrations have literally made my days so much better.
Calibrate your sacral.
Embark on your adventure.
Every session leaves a mark.

Good to know before you begin.
What is Sacral Calibration?
A simple daily practice for getting out of your head and into your body. One question at a time, answered out loud with a sound and a gesture, from the gut rather than the head.
How much time does it take?
About two minutes. It’s a practice, not a feed. Nothing to scroll. And nothing to lose but your own unhealthy reliance on overthinking every decision.
Do I need to know The I Ching or Human Design?
No. Your body is the system you’ll be learning, and the app assists you on the path. You can start with absolutely no knowledge of anything at all.
What if my sacral is undefined?
Then this is still for you, and arguably more so. An undefined sacral means you don’t generate that response consistently, so the useful question becomes a different one: whose energy am I answering from right now? The practice is the same. You ask, you notice what the body does before the mind arrives, and over time you learn the flavor of sacral samples from others.
You can also just hand the app to your sacral friends if they’re in need of a little, “Mhmm!”
Can I see my progress?
Yes. Every session you complete becomes a reflection you can look back on, and over time it adds up to a real record of showing up for yourself.
What if I ask and nothing comes?
It takes time to reconnect. Solid effort is always rewarded. Even if it’s just normalizing not having a response.
What does it cost?
Free to download, with unlimited sessions and expansions available by subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. No social feed, no public profile, no selling your sacral data to big tech. You’re covered.
